Eric brings a wealth of sophisticated M&A experience to the table. Eric has been a practicing corporate attorney since 1991. He has concentrated his practice on mergers and acquisitions where he facilitated middle market acquisitions and divestments as primary counsel to a prominent New York City based private equity group. Since 2002, Eric has also been a Vice President and Principal at two respected boutique investment banks whose focus was on middle market transactions. Eric has a B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Albany and a J.D. with honors from the Hofstra University School of Law.
